Events & Brewery Tours
All event reservations should be made at least 2 or more weeks prior to the event date.
All requests will be responded to in the order they were received, our Event Coordinator will get back to you as soon as possible.
Our Private Event Space is located in the heart of the brewery, where guests will be surrounded on three sides by brewing equipment. This room can accommodate 50 seated and 65 reception style. The room is equipped with a built in screen and projector with access to cable (HDMI & VGA provided), 1 lavalier microphone and separate sound input. This space is ideal for rehearsal dinners, meetings, luncheons, and private gatherings. Room dimensions are 22’ x 37.5’. A deposit as well as a Food & Beverage minimum are required to book this space.
Our North Side Space is a large area in our main dining room that can accommodate up to 100 guests, reception style. While this is not a private space, it can be roped off from the general public. This space is great for casual reception style events and gatherings. We do not offer this space for presentation style events due to the shared dining space. A deposit as well as a Food & Beverage minimum are required to book this space.
Our Brewer's Table is located behind the large circular bar in front of the main brew house. This table is great for large groups of up to 22 guests. It is not recommended for groups with children or anyone who does not prefer hi-top bar chairs. There is no deposit or minimum required to book this table.
Our North Brewer's Table is located on the far North (Left) side of the dining room and can seat up to 16 guests. There is space in front of the table where hi-top tables can be added to allow space for up to 25 guests to mix and mingle. This is a great option for casual, happy hour style gatherings. There is no deposit or minimum required to book this table/space, however, if your party size is 26 or more, there will be a deposit and minimum to reserve this space.
For events with more than 100 guests, we recommend considering a Full Buyout of the brewery. A full buyout can accommodate up to 400 guests and gives guests exclusive access to the entire restaurant space. The patio and private room are also available to use with the buyout option. The Full Buyout option also provides an opportunity for the client to bring in outside entertainment and a full bar (additional fee applies and must work with an outside vendor). Pricing for the buyout can be met through food, beverage and tour purchases. In order to confirm a reservation for a full buyout a deposit is required.

Main Dining Room Reservations
Looking to make a reservation for our dining room? We take online reservations for groups of 8 or less. Please call us directly at 303-728-2337 if your party is larger than 8 guests. Please note that for reservations of 8 or more, all members of your party must be present before your party will be sat. We will hold your table for ten minutes, if your party is still incomplete, we will add you back to the waitlist once your entire party has arrived.
Seating in a barrel booth is available on a first come, first serve basis. We will try our best to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee you will get your first choice dependent on the current volume of business at the time of your reservation. We are not offering service on the patio. We will have games and limited seating on the patio, however guests will have to order food & drinks from the bar until further notice. Our North patio is dog friendly.
UPDATE: Our Kitchen will be open Tuesdays-Saturdays. Our kitchen will be closed on Sundays & Mondays but our bar will be open from 11-7pm and we will have a local food truck on site serving food. We will not be taking reservations, all seating will be available on a first come, first serve basis.
20% gratuity will be added to all parties with 8 or more guests. Please note that all gratuities/tips given by a patron to an employee on a Sunday or Monday are not the property of the individual employee, but will be pooled together and divided among all the tipped employees working on those days.
